Tetonic Ventures was founded by Nic Landstrom to give private owners access to senior construction and real estate development expertise without the cost of a full-time hire. Nic's background spans residential and commercial general contracting, owner's representation, and active project management. He's been on job sites, in permitting offices, and across the negotiating table, and that's the well-rounded approach he brings to every engagement.
